Capitol Paving of D.C., Inc. has been serving the greater Washington D.C. metropolitan area for over 25 years.  Capitol Paving is a minority owned construction contractor specializing in heavy highway, street, sidewalk, and underground utility construction.  We are a Certified Business Enterprise (CBE) with the District of Columbia Department of Small and Local Business Developement.

Capitol Paving has been awarded contracts with Federal, State and Local Governments within the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area.  In addition to our public work, we have performed sub-contract work for numerous companies in the Private Sector.
